Our Corporate Social Investment is aimed at creating employment for the poor and those in marginalized communities. We have identified ways in which social equality can be achieved. Our focus is mostly on education. There is a drastic shortage of skills amongst black Africans in the field of rewinding electric motors and submersible pumps.

 

Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering is committed to bridging the skills gap by imparting the much needed skills to the black majority. We believe that this is an effective way of alleviating poverty. The young people we train become eligible for employment placements.
