Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineers is 100% Black Women Owned. The entity was founded in 2004 andis led by a managing member: Thabile Shezi.
Thabile Sharon holds a degree in Marketing Management. She worked for 5 years at IBM SA and for 4 years for
Mondi Paper.
Thabile has a lot of experience acquired through working in the electric winding and engineering industry. She is at
the forefront of leading progressive women into the mostly male dominated field of electrical engineering.

Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering remains a 100% Black Women Owned (BWO) company. We foster growth and leadership promotion for Africans. We are committed to supporting and promoting blacks to breakthrough into the industry of Electrical Winding and Engineering. We offer both internal and external training, both funded by Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering to promote the development of skills.
Zabalaza Electrical Winders and Engineering is a close corporation which is wholly black women owned. We have trained our staff and groomed them into positions and echelons of management and supervision excellence. We intend to continue promoting disadvantaged Africans into the fields of Electrical Engineering.
